Structure to stimulate regeneration or transplantation, which stimulates regeneration, stimulates tissue repair or stimulates or facilitates tissue transplantation, or a combination thereof, and is adapted to cover the surface of damaged, injured, diseased, wounded, removed, or missing tissue of a subject body, wherein said structure contains resorbable multilayer structure, which includes a laminated barrier material from purified collagen obtained from natural containing colla tissue gene, where the specified collagen barrier plate material includes a barrier layer containing an external smooth barrier surface, and further includes a fibrous surface opposite the specified smooth barrier surface, where the specified multilayer structure further includes a matrix layer comprising a collagen sponge material that is adjacent to the specified fibrous surface, where the specified matrix layer of collagen spongy material is adapted so that the fit to the specified surface and the specified multilayer structure is adapted by cross-linking so that the specified matrix layer is absorbed by the body of the subject within approximately 2-5 weeks after the specified coating, and the specified collagen barrier plate material is absorbed by the body of the subject within approximately 6-11 weeks after the specified coverings. 2.
