PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, and the like, capable of observing motion information relating to the entire cardiac wall muscles by one image.SOLUTION: In volume data relating to the heart, a view point is placed at each point of an axis set near the center inside a heart chamber. From the base part of the heart chamber to the vicinity of the center, the line of sight is rotated for 360° centering on the view point on a plane vertical to the axis. Near the apex cordis, the line of sight is rotated for 360° centering on the view point on the plane vertical to the axis, and is also rotated for a prescribed solid angle. Using the respective view points and the respective lines of sight, prescribed mapping processing of collecting a luminance information distribution along the direction of the line of sight from the view point of the heart tissue to one value is executed at a corresponding position on a development view by which the entire heart inner membrane can be looked through, a development image is generated, and it is displayed as it is or the mapping image of the motion information generated using the development image is displayed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】 心臓壁筋の全体に関する運動情報を一枚の画像によって観察することができる超音波診断装置等を提供すること提供すること。【解決手段】 心臓に関するボリュームデータにおいて、視点を心腔内の中心付近に設定される軸の各点におき、心腔の基部から中央部付近においては、軸に対して垂直な平面上で視点を中心として視線を360°回転させるようにし、心尖付近においては、軸に対して垂直な平面上で視点を中心として視線を360°回転させると共に、所定の立体角だけ回転させるようにする。各視点、各視線を用いて、心臓内膜の全体を一覧可能な展開図上の対応する位置に、心臓組織の視点から視線方向に沿った輝度情報分布を一つの値に集約させる所定のマッピング処理を実行し、展開画像を生成し、そのまま表示あるいは展開画像を用いて生成された運動情報のマッピング画像を表示する。【選択図】 図2
