Disclosed is an air conditioning system for low temperature type mushroom cultivation supplying a cold wind or a hot wind depending on temperatures. To this end, provided is the air conditioning system for the low temperature type mushroom cultivation which comprises: a first and a second cold and hot wind blower installed at zones which are partitioned in a mushroom cultivation facility and selectively blowing the cold wind and the hot wind a thermometer measuring the temperature of the zones in which the cold and hot wind blowers are separately installed and a control box connected to each of the cold and hot wind blowers and each thermometer to sense the temperature of each zone, convert a cold wind or a hot wind blowing operation of the first and the second cold and hot wind blower into an opposite operation if the measured temperature of the thermometer arrives at a target temperature, and reconvert the blowing operation of the cool and hot wind blower, positioned in the corresponding zone, into an opposite operation if the measured temperature of the zone, in which the cold and hot wind blower is separately installed, arrives at set deviation temperature. The present invention may produce a transparent heating substrate with excellent economic feasibility via a simple process.
