A system (100) for measuring at least one physiological parameter of a subject, comprises (a) a fastening article for being fastened to the wrist of a first hand of the subject (b) a measuring device (102) for measuring at least one physiological parameter of the subject, said measuring device configured to be attached to the wrist by said fastening article (c) three separate conductive areas on a surface of said measuring device, said conductive areas configured to measure electrical activity of the subject with the conductive areas configured to be in contact with at least a portion of the wrist of a first hand of the subject, and with one or more of the conductive areas configured to be touched by a respective number of fingers of a second hand of the subject (d) a processor (103) for continuously receiving a signal from said measuring device and for continuously converting said at least one measurement to form medical information wherein said system is configured to be carried by the subject wherein said physiological parameter includes an electrocardiogram (ECG) signal and whereby said ECG signal is extracted from said three conductive areas.
