The purpose of the present invention is to provide a composition containing a biologically active substance, which has good moldability to such an extent that a satisfactory granular preparation can be prepared therefrom without the need of cutting using a water-cooled cutter, and which can fulfill the performance required for a lumen-bypassing preparation or the like. The composition containing a biologically active substance according to the present invention comprises: 10 to 50 mass% of a protecting substance which comprises (1a) a linear or branched saturated or unsaturated aliphatic monocarboxylic acid having a melting point of lower than 50˚C and having 8 to 24 carbon atoms, (1b) a linear or branched saturated or unsaturated aliphatic monocarboxylic acid having a melting point of 50˚C or higher and having 8 to 24 carbon atoms and (2) a calcium salt of a linear or branched saturated or unsaturated aliphatic monocarboxylic acid, which has a calcium content of 8 to 12 mass% and having 12 to 24 carbon atoms； and 50 to 90 mass% of the biologically active substance which is dispersed in the protecting substance.La présente invention concerne une composition contenant une substance biologiquement active.
