PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition capable of providing UV blocking effect which is based on an organic UV blocking agent while capable of providing mat appearance and excellent texture.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a composition including (a) at least one organic UV blocking agent, (b) at least one inorganic hydrophobic oil absorption powder, (c) at least one organic hydrophobic oil absorption powder, (d) at least one hydrophilic oil absorption powder having an oil absorbency of 100 ml/100 g or more, preferably 150 ml/100 g or more, more preferably 200 ml/100 g or more.
