A composition in form of an oil-in-water emulsion comprises a) a dispersed hydrophobic phase comprising at least one hydrophobic UV-screening agent and optionally at least one oil, said oil being selected from the group consisting of silicone oils, hydrocarbonated oils, and any mixture thereof b) a continuous aqueous phase comprising from 0.1% to 20% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition, of at least one C1-C4 alcohol with at least one hydroxyl group, linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated and c) at least one hydrophobic particle selected from the group consisting of hydrophobic silicas, hydrophobic cellulose, starch, talc, silicone resin powders, hollow hemispherical silicone particles, polyamide powders, hydrophobic pigments, and any mixture thereof d) at least one gellan gum or a derivative thereof, and e) at least one hydrophilic UV-screening agent.La présente invention concerne une composition sous la forme dune émulsion dhuile-dans-leau comprenant a) une phase hydrophobe dispersée comprenant au moins un agent hydrophobe faisant écran aux UV et éventuellement au moins une huile, ladite huile étant choisie dans le groupe constitué par des huiles de silicone, des huiles hydrocarbonées, et nimporte lequel de leurs mélanges b) une phase aqueuse continue comprenant de 0,1 % à 20 % en poids, par rapport au poids total de la composition, dau moins un alcool en C1-C4 comprenant au moins un groupe hydroxyle, linéaire ou ramifié, saturé ou insaturé et c) au moins une particule hydrophobe choisie dans le groupe constitué par des silices hydrophobes, de la cellulose hydrophobe, de lamidon, du talc, des poudres de résine de silicone, des particules de silicone hémisphériques creuses, des poudres de polyamide, des pigments hydrophobes, et nimporte lequel de leurs mélanges d) au moins une gomme gellane ou un de ses dérivé, et e) au moins un agent hydrophile faisant écran aux UV.
