PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which can maintain normal immune function by regulating the proliferation of macrophage and T cells, while having anti-fatigue effect by inhibiting proinflammatory cytokine.SOLUTION: The anti-fatigue and immune promoting composition according to the invention contains Korean red ginseng extract powders, Panax ginseng berry extract, fucoidan, and β-glucan derived from yeast.
