CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for soothing and rejuvenating skin comprises complex extracts fermented to aureobasidium pullulans from asparagus cochinchinensis and maca complex fermented extracts. The asparagus cochinchinensis and maca complex fermented extracts are extracted from a group comprising water, 1-4 carbon number alcohol, butylene glycol, propylene glycol and glycerine. The ratio of asparagus cochinchinensis and maca complex fermented extracts is 1-6:1-6. The complex extracts fermented to aureobasidium pullulans from asparagus cochinchinensis and maca complex fermented extracts are included at a ratio of 0.001-30 parts by weight for total cosmetic composition.본 발명은 천문동 및 마카 발효추출물을 포함하는 피부 재생, 진정 및 자극완화용 화장료조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 천문동 및 마카를 흑효모균(Aureobasidium pullulans)을 이용하여 발효시켜 제조되는 천문동 및 마카 복합발효추출물을 함유하여 피부 재생, 피부 진정 및 자극완화 효과가 우수한 화장료조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 천문동 및 마카의 복합발효추출물은 천연 식물소재를 사용하고 발효공정을 통하여 그 활성을 극대화함으로써 안전하면서도 우수한 피부재생, 피부진정 및 자극완화효과를 나타내므로 천연화장품으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
