The present invention relates to a controlled-release-type double layer tablet of levodropropizine which comprises: an immediate release-type first layer containing levodropropizine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； and a sustained-release-type second layer which comprises a polymer for release control, and is manufactured by a direct tableting method. A double layer tablet according to the present invention does not undergo a process such as granulation compression, milling, screening, etc., thereby shortening the process time. In addition, the double layer tablet is not only excellent in stability during storage and distribution, but also easy in mass production due to a simple production process.본 발명은 레보드로프로피진 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 포함하는 속방출형 1층, 및 레보드로프로피진 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 방출제어용 고분자를 포함하며 직접타정법에 의해 제조되는 서방출형 제2층을 포함하는, 레보드로프로피진 방출제어형 이층정제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 이층정제는 과립압축, 밀링, 스크리닝 등의 과정을 거치지 않아 공정시간이 단축된다. 또한, 보관 및 유통 중에 안정성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 생산 공정이 간편해 대량 생산에 용이하다.
