An example of a compound of formula I includes (2R,6S,16aS,Z)-6-tert-butyl-N-(cyclopropylsulfonyl)-2-(7-methoxy-2-phentlquinolin-4-yloxy)-5,8,16-trioxo-1,2,3,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,13a,14,14a,15,16,16a-hexadecehydrocyclopropa[n]pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4,7]triazacyclopentadecine-14a-carboxamide. Further disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound or salt of formula I, and the use of a compound or salt of formula I in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a Hepatitis C infection in a patient.
