An automated foot detection and analysis system includes a pressure sensing device and an analyzing device. A plantar pressure analyzing unit of the analyzing device is configured to receive plantar pressure data measured and outputted by the pressure sensing device to obtain a pressure characteristic parameter. Afterwards, an automatic diagnosing unit is used to automatically perform comparison to obtain corresponding diagnosis suggestion data from a database, and drive an output device to output the content of the diagnosis suggestion data to be viewed by a subject.
