The present invention relates to a multi-angle needle holder for an endoscope capable of allowing a needle inserted into the endoscope for endoscope spinal surgery to be inserted at various angles and, more specifically, to a needle holder comprising an outer cylinder having a long inner space inserted into a working channel of a spinal endoscope, and an inner cylinder inserted into an inner space of the outer cylinder. The outer cylinder has a plurality of needle through-holes, into which the needle is inserted, in a lower portion thereof such that the needle can be inserted at various angles. The inner cylinder is lowered to fix the needle inserted into the needle through-holes of the outer cylinder at various angles.
