PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and easily-producible ultraviolet blocking composite dispersion wherein fine particles of zinc oxide and titanium oxide as dispersoids are co-dispersed to effectively block both of long-wave ultraviolet rays (UV-A) and mid-wave ultraviolet rays (UV-B) and a method for producing the ultraviolet blocking composite dispersion.SOLUTION: The ultraviolet blocking composite dispersion comprises: coated zinc oxide prepared by coating zinc oxide having a mean diameter of 30-80 nm with 4-10 wt.% of a silicone oil or fatty acid based on the weight of the zinc oxide and coated titanium oxide prepared by coating titanium oxide having a mean diameter of 30-80 nm with 4-10 wt.% of a silicone oil or fatty oil acid based on the weight of the titanium oxide. In the ultraviolet blocking composite dispersion, the coated zinc oxide and the coated titanium oxide in an amount of 40-60 wt.% of the final composition are co-dispersed in a silicone oil.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】分散質として微粒の酸化亜鉛と酸化チタンを共分散させ、長波長紫外線(UV-A)と中波長紫外線(UV-B)の両方の波長域の紫外線に対して效果的な紫外線遮断ができるようにし、かつ安全で、製造が容易な紫外線遮断用複合分散液、及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】紫外線遮断用複合分散液は、平均粒径が30~80nmの範囲にある酸化亜鉛を、酸化亜鉛の重量を基準に4~10重量%のシリコーンオイルまたは脂肪酸をコーティング剤としてコーティングされた酸化亜鉛と、平均粒径が30~80nmの範囲にある酸化チタンを、酸化チタンの重量を基準に4~10重量%のシリコーンオイルまたは脂肪酸をコーティング剤としてコーティングされた酸化チタンとでなり、コーティングされた酸化亜鉛とコーティングされた酸化チタンを、最終組成で40~60重量%の範囲でシリコーンオイル中に共分散させてなっている。【選択図】図1
