PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation of an emulsion dosage form containing a powder which exhibits optical effects such as good spreadability, color rendition properties, the goodness of makeup brilliancy, and an ultraviolet protection effect while satisfying optical effects such as dispersion wetting stability, that is, a metal oxide.SOLUTION: The skin care preparation of an emulsion dosage form is obtained by dispersing a metal oxide composite which may have been surface-treated in an aqueous phase.
