PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and tightly slide a plug body without applying a lubricant to the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical body beforehand.
SOLUTION: The plug body for a syringe is mounted in the cylindrical body (2) of the syringe (1). The cylindrical body (2) has an effusion port on the tip side, and a plunger rod insertion port opened on the rear end side. The outer peripheral surface of the plug body (3) is protrusively provided with annular large-diameter parts (12) at a plurality of parts. The further tip side from the large-diameter part (12) on the most tip side out of the outer peripheral surface is provided with an annular lubricant reservoir part (14) recessed. A silicone liquid (10) is stored in the lubricant reservoir part (14).
