SOLUTION: The annular outer peripheral portion of the pressing body 11 is composed of a plurality of pressing bodies 11 having spherical contact surfaces at the upper end and the lower end, and a rubber or elastomer connecting sheet 12 holding the pressing body 11. 10 is held by the connecting sheet 12, and the upper portion 11a and the lower portion 11b of the pressing body 11 project from the upper surface and the lower surface of the connecting sheet 12.
