PURPOSE: A seedling transplanter with a tilling function is provided to easily put soil into the well for seeds using a shovel. CONSTITUTION: A seedling transplanter comprises a transparent transplanting pipe(6), a handle(1) which is formed with a water hose nipple on the rear end, a support stand which is formed with a one-touch water valve in the middle thereof, a working distance control plate for controlling tension and relaxation, square tongs which carry out transplantation and seeding, a soil collecting board(13), and a soil collecting shovel(12).본 발명의 고안의 요지는 농가에서 작물 모종이식이나 종자파종 특히, 땅콩이나. 마늘. 감자. 율무. 부추와 같이 그것들의 낱알이 아주 굵거나. 거칠거나. 비료 주입처럼 한숫갈정도씩 투입하려하면 기존의 파종기로서는 상기한 종자들을 파종할 수 가 없으므로 기존의 이식기로서 종자파종이나 이식작업을 하는데 파종이나 이식작업에 있어서 절대조건인 복토의기능이 아주 없이 마른흙이 조금 흘러 내리는것을 기대하거나 아니면 작업자가 발로 한번씩 걷어차서 보이는것들을 묻기도 하고 다시 엎드리어 손으로 묻어주는 등 이중작업을 하고 있는것이다.이러한 어려움을 극복하고자 본 고안자는 이식과 종자파종을 겸할 수 있는 (11)이식 사각주 바가지 앞에 (13)복토 흙모음판과 (12)복토삽을 설치하여 한동작으로서 파종과 복토를 완벽하게 마무리 지을 수 있도록 개발하였다.또한 (18)원터치 물벨브를 (5)물주입겸 지지파이프에 도면 (1)과 같이 설치하여 적시적소에 주입토록하여 물의 낭비를 막아주고 깔끔한 작업이되도록 하였다.
