PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dried persimmon manufacturing drier which is improved to prevent persimmons from losing shape during drying even though the persimmons are dried in the state placed on a shelf board.SOLUTION: A dried persimmon manufacturing drier includes: a casing 11 having heat insulation performance a shelf board 12 which is arranged in the casing 11 and has a peeled persimmon 50 placed on the top face and a drying means 13 for drying the inside of the casing 11, and the top face of the shelf board 12 is inclined to a horizontal plane. The persimmon 50 is placed on the top face of the shelf board 12 so that the hull 51 can point the downside in the inclination direction of the top face of the shelf board 12 or the upper side in the inclination direction. The inclination angle of the top face of the shelf board 12 to a horizontal plane is preferably 0.5-10°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 柿を棚板に載置した状態で乾燥させるにもかかわらず、乾燥中に柿の形が崩れにくいように工夫を施した干し柿製造用乾燥装置を提供する。【解決手段】 干し柿製造用乾燥装置を、断熱性を有する筺体11と、筺体11の内部に配設され、その上面に剥皮された柿50が載置される棚板12と、筺体11の内部を乾燥するための乾燥手段13とを備えたものとし、棚板12の上面を、水平面に対して傾斜させた。柿50は、そのへた51側が棚板12の上面の傾斜方向下側又は傾斜方向上側となる向きで棚板12の上面に載置する。水平面に対する棚板12の上面の傾斜角度は、0.5~10°とすると好ましい。【選択図】図2
