The present invention relates to a device for producing carbonated water or oxygen water and a case thereof and, more particularly, to a case thereof comprises: groove portions (11) having a carbonated water container (20) and an oxygen water container (30) separately fitted, formed in a lower part of a case a fixing groove (12) for covering the outside of the carbonated water container (20) and the oxygen water container (30) to fix the same, and formed at an inner central portion of the case first and second control valves (13, 14) provided at one side of an upper portion of the case, and third and fourth control valves (15, 16) provided at an outer side of the case, wherein the carbonated water container (20) and the oxygen water container (30) are inserted into each of the grooves portions (11), the outer side thereof is covered by the fixing groove (12) to be fixed, and first and second nozzles (40, 50) having one side thereof separately connected to the carbonated water container (20) and the oxygen water container (30), and having the other side thereof connected to the first and second control valves (13, 14) to selectively open and close the first and second control valves (13, 14) so as to discharge carbon dioxide or oxygen. According to the present invention, a production is easy due to a simple structure, the safety is secured during the use by a firm fixing force.
