PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing reel that eliminates shaking of an adjuster without being affected by a dimension error.SOLUTION: In the fishing reel having a constitution that a reel body is equipped with a damping device for applying damping force to a spool rotation and the damping force of the damping device is regulated by the rotation operation of the adjuster rotatably supported on the reel body, the adjuster is rotatably supported on the reel body so as to prevent slipping off, in a state in which the movement of the adjuster in the axial direction is controlled and the reel body is equipped with a biasing means for urging the adjuster in one side of the axial directions.
