PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an aqueous composition which can be dispersed in water without using a hydrophobized powder and a surfactant, has high water resistance during use and excellent sense of use and a method for producing the same an aqueous cosmetic using the same and an emulsion cosmetic having excellent sense of use such as good spreadability during application and emulsion stability without using a surfactant by preparing a Pickering emulsion using the aqueous composition.SOLUTION: There is obtained an aqueous composition comprising a hydrophobized powder, a polyhydric alcohol and water by dispersing a hydrophobized powder in a polyhydric alcohol using a mannosyl erythritol lipid, followed by stirring while adding water or an aqueous solution containing a component soluble in the water to the dispersion. An aqueous cosmetic and an emulsion cosmetic are prepared using the aqueous composition thus obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】疎水性粉体を界面活性剤を使用することなく水中に分散させることが可能で、使用時の耐水性も高く使用感にも優れる水性組成物及びその製造方法、さらに、当該水性組成物を用いた水性化粧料、並びに当該水性組成物を用いてピッカリングエマルションを調製することにより、界面活性剤を使用することなく、塗布する時ののびが良いという使用感及び乳化安定性に優れた乳化化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】マンノシルエリスリトールリピッドで疎水化処理された疎水化処理粉体を多価アルコールに分散させ、その後、該分散物に水又は該水に可溶な成分を含む水溶液を添加しながら攪拌することで、疎水化処理粉体、多価アルコール及び水を含有してなる水性組成物を得る。こうして得られた水性組成物を用いて目的とする水性化粧料や乳化化粧料を調製する。【選択図】なし
