The present invention relates to a hand massage device for massaging each part of the human body by low frequency and heat. More specifically, the hand massage device comprises: a handle unit (10)； a holder unit (20)； and a massage operating unit (30) coupled to a lower end of the holder unit, and performing massage operation by low frequency and heat. The massager operating unit (30) comprises: a low frequency generating unit (30A) for integrally assembling first and second electrode conductors (31 and 32) connected to the low frequency generating unit with the inside and outside of an insulator (33) to generate low frequency through skin contact； and a heater unit (30B) for performing heating while controlling temperature by a temperature sensor (43). Compared to conventional times, without adhering a separate pad on the human body, each part of the human body may be simply massaged by low frequency and heat, so usage convenience and massage efficiency may be excellently ensured.본 발명은 저주파 및 온열에 의해 신체의 각 부위를 마사지하는 핸드 마마사지에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 핸들부(10)와 홀더부(20) 및, 상기 홀더부 하단에 결합되어 저주파 및 온열에 의해 마시지 작동하는 마사지 작동부(30)로 구성하되, 상기 마사지 작동부(30)는 저주파 발생기와 연결되는 제1,2 전극 도자(31)(32)를 절연체(33) 내,외측으로 일체 조립하여 피부 접촉에 의해 저주파를 발생하는 저주파 발생부(30A)와, 온도 센서(43)에 의해 온도 제어하면서 온열 작동하는 히터부(30B)로 구성하여 종래와 같이 별도 패드를 신체에 부착하지 않고 저주파 및 온열 작동에 의해 신체 각 부위를 간단히 마사지할 수 있어 사용 편리성 및 마사지 효율성을 우수하게 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
