PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a respiratory function testing device capable of appropriately estimating a condition of a respiratory function based on a pulse wave signal.SOLUTION: Lung compliance according to a value of intrathoracic pressure can be grasped by estimating the intrathoracic pressure based on a volume signal and a pulse wave signal, and displaying on a display unit an intrathoracic pressure/volume curve from which a fluctuation amount of the volume to a fluctuation amount of the intrathoracic pressure can be grasped. When the volume being monitored is determined to be of an abnormal value in relation to the intrathoracic pressure estimated based on the pulse wave being monitored in a first monitoring process of the volume signal and the pulse wave signal, abnormality notification is conducted by the display unit and a loudspeaker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】脈波信号に基づいて適切に呼吸機能の状態を推定可能な呼吸機能検査装置を提供する。 【解決手段】ボリューム信号及び脈波信号に基づいて胸腔内圧を推定し、胸腔内圧の変動量に対するボリュームの変動量を把握可能な胸腔内圧/ボリューム曲線をディスプレイに表示することにより、胸腔内圧の値に応じた肺コンプライアンスを把握可能となる。そして、ボリューム信号及び脈波信号の第1モニタリング処理において、モニタリングしているボリュームが、モニタリングしている脈波に基づいて推定した胸腔内圧との関係で異常値と判定された場合には、ディスプレイやスピーカにより異常報知を行う。【選択図】図6
