PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky rice transplanter capable of improving work efficiency in state switching work of a plurality of preliminary seedling placing bases by easily and quickly switching the state of the plurality of preliminary seedling placing bases.SOLUTION: At least three preliminary seedling placing bases 20u, 20m, 20d are supported on a support frame 19 at each side part of a machine body through a link mechanism 60 and extended in a cantilever state laterally outward from the link mechanism 60.
