The present invention relates to a head rest of a unit chair for dental purpose. The head rest includes: a support frame (11) which includes an occiput containing hole (13) in an oval shape for containing an occiput and supports the head of a patient； a height-adjustable joining bar (19) which connects a long shaft of the support frame (11) with a curve line； and a joining shaft (35) which joins the support frame (11) to a back rest (3) supporting a body of the patient. The head rest not only minimizes force of pushing head which may occur during dental treatment but can stably support the head of the patient. Therefore, the patient can feel comfortable during the dental treatment.본 발명은 치과용 유니트체어의 헤드레스트에 관한 것으로, 타원 형상이고 후두 수용을 위한 후두수용공(13)이 형성되며 환자의 머리를 받쳐주는 지지프레임(11)과, 상기 지지프레임(11)의 장축을 곡선으로 연결하며 길이조절 가능한 연결바아(19)와, 상기 지지프레임(11)을 환자의 몸을 지지하는 백레스트(3)에 연결하는 연결축(35)을 포함한다. 본 발명은 환자의 치과 치료시 발생할 수 있는 머리 눌림을 최소화할 뿐 아니라 환자의 머리를 안정적으로 지지할 수 있어 치과 치료 동안 환자가 편안함을 느낄 수 있는 이점이 있다.
