The present invention relates to a smart massaging chair for healthcare. When a user selects the current body state felt thereby, the smart massaging chair operates the optimal massaging program to efficiently improve and relieve the body and mind. According to the present invention, the smart massaging chair includes: a seat unit (10) for having a user sitting thereon； a backrest unit (20) for supporting the back part； a head unit (30) for supporting the head part； an armrest unit (40) for supporting the arm part； a leg support unit (50) supporting the leg part； a monitor unit (60) formed on a side of the armrest unit (40) to display an image； and a measuring means (200) measuring the health state of the user. The measuring unit (200) executes a two-pole operation using two fingers of the user to measure the electrocardiogram and pulse of the user. The monitor unit (60) displays the current health state of the user measured through the measuring means 200) on a real-time basis. The monitor unit (60) includes a user selection unit (500) for directly selecting the body state felt by the user. The seat unit (10), backrest unit (20, head unit (30), armrest unit (40), leg support unit (50) include a massaging means (300) executing an operation controlled by the control unit (100).
