PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which is excellent in absorption performance of menstrual blood, which has preferable skin touch feeling and excellent in wearing feeling.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 comprises: an absorber 4 which can absorb menstrual blood and a surface sheet 2 which is arranged on a skin facing surface side of the absorber 4 and which contacts a skin of a wearer when the article is worn by a wearer. A hemagglutination agent is included in at least one of constitution members of the absorbent article 1 arranged on a non-skin facing surface side front layer part of the surface sheet 2 and a position far from the skin of the wearer relative to the non-skin facing surface side front layer part.
