PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package bag for a skin patch which is the package bag of a sheet-like skin patch containing percutaneous permeable medicine such as an analgesic antiphlogistic, endures a preservation test for two weeks at 60°C as an acceleration test of content preservation, has preferable hand tearing property upon opening of the bag and, further, can reduce discharge amount of organic solvent upon manufacture of a laminate used for the bag.SOLUTION: A package bag of a sheet-like skin patch is formed by heat-sealing a laminate 20 obtained by laminating at least base material layer 1, an adhesive layer 2, a barrier layer 3, an anchor coat layer (AC layer)4 and a polyolefin type resin layer 5 in the order. Therein, the AC layer of the laminate is formed by applying an aqueous dispersion liquid prepared by dispersing a polyolefin copolymerization resin containing unsaturated carboxylic acid or anhydride of 0.01 to 5 mass% into a number-average particle size of 1 μm or less without using non-volatile aqueous assistant in a thickness of 0.1 to 2 μm onto a barrier layer surface and heating and drying the applied aqueous dispersion liquid, and a polyolefin type resin layer is laminated and constituted on the AC layer according to an extrusion coat method or an extrusion laminate method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
