PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic instrument capable of giving hot stimulus to skin surfaces.SOLUTION: A cosmetic instrument is provided with a hot heat head 2 mounted on a body case 1. The hot heat head 2 includes: a cylindrical head case 20 fixed to the body case 1 a heat transfer body 21 blocking the outer opening of the head case 20 and a heat generation structure set to the inner part of the head case 20. The heat generation structure includes: a heater unit 36 a heater holder 35 fixedly supporting the heater unit 36 and a heater frame 34 fixedly supporting the heater holder 35. Three parts including a head case 20 mounted on a mounting seat 13 of the body case 1, a seat wall 13a of the mounting seat 13 and a fastening seat 40 of the heater frame 34 disposed to the inner surface of the seat wall 13a are fastened together with a fastening tool 61 screwed into the head case 20 from the side of the fastening seat 40.
