PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent dye having a high fluorescence intensity, and excellent in weather resistance.SOLUTION: The polymerizable fluorescent dye is an organic EL dye comprising an azole derivative or an imidazole derivative having a conjugated system and containing at least one sort of a hetero atom, a selenium atom, or a boron atom, and has an alkenyl group or an alkynyl group bound through a connecting group.
