The gel composition includes a plurality of chitosan spheres, an alkaline chitosan structure stabilizer, a chitosan-degrading enzyme, and a drug. The chitosan sphere is formed by self-assembly of chitosan. The alkaline chitosan structure stabilizer connects the chitosan spheres to each other to form a gel. The chitosan-degrading enzyme is distributed over the gel, and degrades the gel composition at a temperature of 20-40℃.
