Preparing a cosmetic composition comprises adding, to a medium comprising at least one additional cosmetic ingredient, at least a first lipophilic cosmetic ingredient comprising (i) lipophilic sunscreens, (ii) silicone surfactant, (iii) lipophilic clay activated by 2-4C monoalcohol, preferably ethanol, (iv) filler, and (v) coloring agent mixed with hydrocarbon additional dispersant, in the form of a pre-mix with one or more 9-14C volatile linear alkanes.
