PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus that rolls oil and fat materials without dissolving the materials.SOLUTION: A temperature of at least one surface of a press pad 24 (material mounting part) with a formwork 30 for mounting butter 32 placed thereon and an upper case 34 installed in a position opposed to the press pad 24 is cooled and maintained to a predetermined temperature by a cooling unit 72 (cooling control part).
