The present invention relates to starch-based stents for use in the treatment of duct obstruction. In particular, the present invention relates to a method for treating a duct obstruction in a subject in need thereof comprising the step of i) removing the duct obstruction of the subject and ii) implanting a starch based stent for maintaining the open duct.La présente invention porte sur des stents à base damidon destinés à être utilisés dans le traitement dobstructions de conduits.
