PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic photographing apparatus wherein an FPD (flat panel detector) is accessed without removing a top plate for maintenance of the FPD.SOLUTION: The X-ray fluoroscopic photographing apparatus has a structure comprising an X-ray tube 1, the FPD 2 which faces the X-ray tube 1 with the top plate 4 in between and constitutes an X-ray image receiving part provided in a frame 3, a damper 6 for keeping a front side in the transverse direction being held upward with a rotation supporting part 5, such as a hinge, disposed in a back side in the transverse direction of the top plate 4 as a supporting point, and the like.
