PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a subject to perform posture correction and various exercises.SOLUTION: An exercise machine comprises a foot placing part 1 having a front portion 10 corresponding to a toe side and a rear portion 11 corresponding to a heel side, and a bottom part 2 in contact with a floor surface. The foot placing part 1 is supported by a leaf spring 4 in a state where the rear portion 11 is located above the front portion 19. A subject places a foot on the foot placing part 1 and steps on the rear portion 11 with a heel so as to push the rear portion downward. The foot placing part 1 has flexibility so as to allow twist. The rear portion 11 and the bottom part 2 of the foot placing part 1 face each other with a distance therebetween. A top face of the bottom part 2 is inclined in a width direction. When being stepped on, the foot placing part 1 is twisted so as to incline in the width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
