PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset implement capable of moving an operation part from a normal operation position to a reverse operation position by a cylinder, and also enabling step-less continuous regulation of offset position regulation of the operation part to be carried out by the cylinder in each operation position.SOLUTION: A levee-coating machine 1 of one example of the offset implement is attached to a traveling machine body 90, and has the operation part 60 carrying out the levee-coating operation at the position offset sideward from the traveling position of the traveling machine body 90 by receiving the power from the traveling machine body 90. The operation part 60 is turnably supported by the tip side of an offset mechanism part 20 turnably supported by an attaching part 5 to be attached to the traveling machine body 90 at the base edge side.
