PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation of an adjustment member of a compact electric reel with a hand grasping the electric reel.SOLUTION: An electric reel 100 comprises a reel body 1, a handle 2, a spool 4, a motor 5, an adjustment member 6, and a motor control part 9. The reel body 1 has a frame 10, a first side cover 11, a second side cover 12, a fishing rod attachment part 13, and a case member 14. The case member 14 can be placed on the side of the frame 10 opposite the fishing rod attachment part 13. The handle 2 is rotatably attached to the first side cover 11. The motor 5 is disposed in the reel body 1 and rotationally drives the spool 4. The adjustment member 6 is supported by the case member 14, and moves to the first side cover 11 side of the case member 14 obliquely such that the front side is more distant from the handle 2 than the rear side is.
