The present invention relates to a device for obstructing cancer metastasis. More specifically, cancer is a disease which is caused at a temperature of 37°C in a body and metastasized around cells. The device allows to sequentially decrease a temperature of cancer from 37°C to 25°~30°, and to 20°C~25°C so as to degrade activity of cancer and prevent a body part from being metastasized by cancer.
