PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water sealing tubes in a shallow layer heating system of a protected horticulture greenhouse, for which installation and operation costs of a heating facility are reduced and lower limit temperature of farm products is maintained.SOLUTION: In a solar heat collecting and accumulating pipe body 1, a heat collecting and accumulating pipe 3, which is colored black, absorbs solar light energy and converts the same into heat energy, and has a heat collecting and accumulating pipe surface 3a in a mat-like state to prevent solar light from reflecting, is housed in a transparent transparency bag 2, which has a high transmissivity rate of solar light energy, on an upper surface of a ridge part 13 in a group in a protected horticulture greenhouse 11. In the heat collecting and accumulating pipe 3, heat medium w for accumulating heat is packed. Between the transparency bag 2 and the heat collecting and accumulating pipe 3, an air layer a is provided to form a transmission heat insulation layer.【課題】 施設園芸ハウスの浅層加温システムに於ける、暖房施設の設置費及び運転費の削減を計り、作物の下限温度を維持する水封チューブを得る。【解決手段】 施設園芸ハウス11内の畝部13群上面に、太陽光エネルギーの透過率が高い透明の透明バッグ2内に、集蓄熱パイプ表面3aをマット状として太陽光の反射を阻止すると共に、太陽光エネルギーを吸収し熱エネルギーに変換する、黒色の集蓄熱パイプ3を収納し、集蓄熱パイプ3内に、蓄熱用の熱媒体wを充填するものであり、透明バッグ2と集蓄熱パイプ3との間に空気層aを設け、透過断熱層を形成する太陽集蓄熱パイプ体1。【選択図】図1
