PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation device capable of moving all panels which constitute a cultivation bed by a comparatively small power.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation device 1 comprises: a cultivation tank 2； and a cultivation bed 3 which consists of a plurality of panels 14 arrayed in a row in right and left directions. Outward flanges 12 for mounting constant width portions 3a closer to front/rear edges of the cultivation bed 3 are provided on upper end parts of both front and rear sidewalls 11 of the cultivation tank 2. The plurality of panels 14 constituting the cultivation bed 3 are connected by connection members 15 in a freely detachable manner. The connection member 15 is made up of: a connector 16 which is arranged along undersides of adjacent two panels 14 so as to straddle close portions of both panels in the constant width portion 3a of the cultivation bed 3, and has a support part 17 supporting both panels 14； a fastener 21 which fixes the connector 16 and both panels 14 in a freely detachable manner； and a travel member 22 which is provided for an underside of the support part 17 of the connector 16, and moves along the outward flange 12 of the cultivation tank 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
