The present invention relates to a natural surfactant for cosmetics and a cosmetic composition comprising the same and, more specifically, to a natural surfactant for cosmetics selected from the group consisting of polyglyceryl-3-olivate phosphate, polyglyceryl-3 cetearyl ether olivate and a mixture thereof, a cosmetic composition comprising the same and a hydrogel pack composition.
