PURPOSE: A facial cosmetic mask sheet pack of hybrid functioned red clay is provided to increase stability of cosmetic compositions for moisturizing effect, whitening, nutrient, appeasement, moisturizing, and skin regenerating effect, to increase an adhesive force to skin, and to continuously absorb the cosmetic compositions to the skin without skin irritation.CONSTITUTION: A facial cosmetic mask sheet pack of hybrid functioned red clay is manufactured by the following steps. 15%(weight ratio) of a dock pulp paper liquid of pounded fiber, 15%(weight ratio) of a jade powder that is finely ground to 300 mesh, 15%(weight ratio) of a biotite powder, and 35%(weight ratio) of red clay deposit are mixed to form a paper mixture, and the paper mixture is pounded 10%(weight ratio) of rosin based on a total weight of the mixture is added as a surface agent and then coherently precipitated for 5 hours. Then, the mixture is initially formed as a paper and dried to form micropores in the functional material to the paper material in a paper machine. The paper is cut to cover the whole face as an environment-friendly pressed paper of a thin layer added with a function of Korean traditional paper while maintaining an effective active function of red clay, jade, and biotite that are far-infrared ray radiators.
