PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microneedle patch to be quickly absorbed into the human body, and a method for using the same.SOLUTION: The method for quickly dissolving a microneedle array is characterized by feeding moisture from the back side of the microneedle array including water swellable polymer as a main material and a substrate of 500 μm or thinner in the thickness, and swelling the microneedle array. At the time, it is preferable to feed moisture using a planar moisture supply source whose moisture transpiration amount is 25-70 g/hm2. The microneedle array can be stuck and held to the skin with small pieces of an adhesive tape at several positions in the periphery on the back surface. With this structure, the time to dissolve the microneedles which requires about 1-3 hours by a conventional method can be reduced to 5-20 minutes, so that the microneedles can be used more easily.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】迅速に体内に吸収されるマイクロニードルパッチとその使用法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のマイクロニードルアレイの迅速溶解方法は、水膨潤性高分子を主材料とし厚さ500μm以下の基板を有するマイクロニードルアレイの背面より水分を供給し、マイクロニードルアレイを膨潤させることを特徴とする。このさい、水分蒸散量が25~70g/hm2である面状水分供給源を用いて水分を供給するのが好ましい。マイクロニードルアレイは背面周辺部数ヶ所を粘着テープの小片により皮膚に貼付し保持することができる。これにより従来法で約1~3時間要したマイクロニードルの溶解時間を5~20分に短縮することができ、マイクロニードルの使用がより容易となる。【選択図】図2
