PURPOSE: Fodder effective in preventing foot and mouth disease, and a producing method thereof are provided to use natural medical ingredients to obtain the fodder. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fodder effective in preventing foot and mouth disease comprises the following steps: washing medical ingredients with clean water, and inserting the medical ingredients in a hemp cloth before inserting into an extractor with water； boiling the mixture at 100-200 deg C for 3-4 hours； and mixing the obtained medical ingredient extract with conventional fodder in a weight ratio of 0.1:2-4.
