PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a spine straight, prevent hip dislocation, reinforce pelvis and correct twist.SOLUTION: A spine correction and pelvis reinforcement device includes fixation fastening means 10 and variable fastening means 20. A palm-shaped first knee opening prevention plate 100 is bent and formed in the downward direction on a first horizontal part 110 of the fixation fastening means 10. A guide groove is formed long in the back side surface of the first horizontal part 110, and a fastening bracket 120 is integrally formed in the other end of the first horizontal part 110. The variable fastening means 20 includes a second horizontal plate 210, and a palm-shaped second knee opening prevention plate 200 is bent and formed in the downward direction on one end of the second horizontal plate 210. A variable extension bar is integrally extended in the other end of the second horizontal plate 210.
