PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic device that appropriately supplies a current for treatment from electrodes to a treatment portion for enhancing cosmetic effects.SOLUTION: A treatment part 20 of the cosmetic device 10 is provided with the electrodes 22, 23 having different polarities in positions opposed to each other by sandwiching a center axis X1 on a contact surface 21c of a surface orthogonal to (crossing) the center axis X1 of a rotary plate 21.
