PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized bed apparatus which can sinter a treating material while an organic solvent used for the coating of a particulate is not emitted into the atmosphere and the particulate is not deposited.SOLUTION: The fluidized bed apparatus 1 includes: a treatment container 3 to coat a particulate 2 while making it flow； a treatment liquid spray device 6 provided at the treatment container to spray a treatment liquid in the treatment container； a flow gas supply entrance 7 provided at the treatment container to make the particulate be a floatage； and a combustion device 8 provided at a slip stream channel of the treatment container to burn the organic solvent in the treatment liquid exhausted from the treatment container and to sinter the treating material.
