The present invention relates to the preparations antifungal agents in solution in the gamma - butyrolactone, useful for the local treatment of onychomycosis. The therapeutic effect may be reinforced by the keratolytic action of the salicylic acid and which can advantageously be made or viscous, gelled or film-forming, with or without coloration.
